The following Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of Credit Repair Cloud, MyCreditRepairSite.com and its members. Credit Repair Cloud at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member who violates any Terms and Conditions without notice. Credit Repair Cloud also reserves the right to update, modify, add or change these Terms and Conditions without notice.

Any member acting unethical or unprofessional will be removed, at the sole discretion of Credit Repair Cloud,  with all product usage forfeited. Any member who distributes content that is deemed damaging to Credit Repair Cloud or its members will be terminated and legal action will be pursued.

Copyrighted text, images, content and templates

Our web sites cannot be moved, copied or replicated to any other company. They are not traditional sites. They are more like software and are dependent upon our server and database and we own copyright to all of our original content (templates, text and images). Please respect our copyright. We will enforce it to the fullest extent of the law. If you do not want to use our web hosting, hire a designer, a writer and create your own original site and content. You may not copy our text, images, template, content or layout.

Copyrighted text, images, content copied from other sites

Please do not use text or images copied from other sites. If we receive a takedown notice from another company's legal department, this will put your account in jeopardy, as you have put our company and all our sites in jeopardy. Violation of this my result in immediate suspension or cancelation of your account.

Wordpress Sites

Our web hosting is intended for our CRC site builder product only. We do not allow installation of wordpress or any other website builders or content management systems, as they are prone to virus and malware infection. We reserve the right to remove without notice any instances found on our platform. Violation of this will result in immediate suspension or cancelation of your account.

We have a zero tolerance for spam sent out by any of the sites we host. Spam includes, but is not limited to, sending emails to people who have not opted in to your list, adding people to your list without their approval, or adding people back into your list who have chosen to opt out. Violation of this can result in cancellation of your account.

You are prohibited from using viruses (trojans, adware, bots, software etc) to market your site or capture page. Violation of this can result in suspension or cancellation of your account.

Your account is not authorized to send mass emails, you cannot do that on our hosting. You'll need to use a 3rd party mass email service for that like Active Campaign, MailChimp, Streamsend of ConstantContact. That's what we also do ourselves. Violation of this will result in suspension or cancellation of your account.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. *The only thing we cannot refund are the $10 domain names. Domains are purchased through a 3rd party service called “Enom" which does not give refunds (even to us), so please check the spelling of your domain name before you register it, as there are absolutely no refunds ever on domain names. If you cancel your hosting and want to take your domain with you, contact us and we will assist with the transfer. If you do not wish to be billed for hosting, please cancel your account prior to any charges occurring or contact us to cancel your account for you. Ask us in a support ticket and we will cancel it for you within 24 hours.

Pease request cancellation in a support ticket. Support Tickets have a time-stamp showing exactly when you requested to cancel. Once you cancel, no new billing can occur. Please use Support Tickets.

Remember, we have many products and services, so take time to send a clear message in your support ticket to explain what product you are canceling.
